Group Sound Bath Meditation

This session is intended for a group of friends or family members:  Relax and restore with the gentle sounds and vibrations of the crystal singing bowls in a group setting.  The instructor will combine sound healing with gentle guided meditation and breath work for a full body healing experience.  Enjoy sounds of other instruments as well and soak up the healing of the therapeutic harp, drumming, tuning forks and quartz crystal pyramid for a unique experience intuitively created for a group setting.
