Monday Schedule:

5:30pm Chair Yoga with Chelsea

Chair Yoga is a vitalizing class that moves through asanas and poses while seated. We not only stretch but work up a sweat! Benefits include increased mobility, strength, reduced stress and may improve mental clarity.

6:45pm Breathe into Calm with Chelsea

This class begins with 20-30 minutes of Kundalini breath exercises, followed by a calm, stress-reducing meditation. Benefits include awakened intuition, may help ease stress, anxiety and slow down aging, and increase creativity to name a few. 

8pm Sound Healing Yin with Chelsea

—Yin yoga is an open level practice that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. This class allows student to move freely as it is very low to the ground.  We do very minimal standing, always with the option to stay seated if the student chooses to. Class flows to healing tones played by various instruments as the soundtrack to the practice. Benefits include decreased stress, improved flexibility, may help ease anxiety, calms and balances the mind and body to name a few.

5:30pm ABC Hope Dance Class with Chelsea

—ABC Hope is an organization that offers art, fitness and dance classes for adults with intellectual disabilities.   www.abchopes.com

6:45pm Level 1 Yoga with La’ Toya

—This level is perfect for those with very little exposure to yoga. The yogi is guided through a detailed flow of foundational poses, as well as the use of breath. The student will increase flexibility, improve balance, strength and enhance mental clarity.

8pm Yin Yoga with Chelsea

—Yin Yoga:Yin is a gentle, relaxing, all levels flow, great for improving flexibility and  circulation, as well as decreasing stress.

Friday Schedule:

4:15pm Beginner’s Yoga with La’Toya

5:30pm Level 1 Flow with Chelsea

This level is perfect for those with very little exposure to yoga. The yogi is guided through a detailed flow of foundational poses, as well as the use of breath. The student will increase flexibility, improve balance, strength and enhance mental clarity.

6:45pm Power Yoga with Chelsea

Power is a dynamic flow that takes the yogi  through more challenging variations of foundational poses and balances.This class is best for someone who has already taken an all levels flow class.

Saturday Schedule:

9am Yoga en Español con Evelyn

 —Yin yoga es un tipo de yoga más meditativa y relajante. Estimula los canales del cuerpo sutil conocidos como ‘meridianos’ en la medicina China y ‘nadis’ en Hatha Yoga. Las posturas se mantienen por más tiempo para ayudar a aumentar la circulación en las articulaciones y mejorar la flexibilidad.Es una práctica beneficiosa para yogis nuevos y avanzados. Bloques de yoga, mantas y almohadones pueden ser útiles en esta clase.

10:15am All Levels Flow with Evelyn

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is the foundation of which Power and other high energy styles of yoga came from. The main characteristics being connecting breath to movement and holding poses with plenty of options to either refrain or go further in the pose.Great for improving strength, balance and mental clarity.
